Location: Pinole, California
Focus on global Sales, Service and Marketing processes and system applications and help manage functional roadmap
•Prioritize system enhancements based on the needs of the business and IT available resources to arrive at decisions that maximize Bio-Rad's scalability, efficiency, and effectiveness.
•Leverages Agile project management methodologies and run scrum teams, story grooming, stand-up meetings, etc
•Leads SFA/CRM projects within estimated time and in accordance with acceptable quality measurements.
•Key applications managed includes Salesforce.com SalesCloud, Marketo, ServiceMax, OracleCPQ and other related applications.
•Evaluates the impact of functional design decisions on the code, database, and technical environment of applications.
•Performs basic Salesforce.com system administration and configuration tasks as needed.
•Works with vendors, internal developers to design and develop applications.
•Reviews and approves technical solutions to meet functional requirements.
•Consistently assumes a functional lead role in Salesforce.com (CRM) solution projects and end-user support.
•Troubleshoots process, data and system issues by using a combination of system expertise, company knowledge, and detailed research/investigation.
•Assists business with implementation of salesforce.com and tools including data conversion approach, development, execution, and testing.
•Assist in automation of manual processes to maximize scalability and efficiency.
•Education: BS in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, or Related Business Function. Masters in Business or Engineering preferred
•7+ years working with IT systems and process improvement
•5+ years working with Salesforce.com
•5 or more years in a Global Organization
•Experience with project management tools and techniques
•Familiar with testing tools such as HPALM, Xray
•Ability to seek and obtain relevant information needed by the business for decision making
•Ability to develop good relationships with team members as well as across the business
•Proven strong analytical and technical ability as well as business acumen
•Strong process and functional knowledge of and experience in the Sales, Marketing, and Support organization
