Single Job Postings

The costs for a single job posting is $50 for a 30 days period. The payment is easily made through our user friendly automated online credit card payment system. This is for one to twelve jobs per month.

Monthly Unlimited Posting

The cost for monthly jobs postings is $625 per month. Here again, the payment can be made through our user friendly automated online credit card payment system. Please call us at 760-420-1269 or contact us at info@disabledperson.com to activate your unlimited access. With this payment, you can either manually post your jobs to our site or you can use our automated API.

Annual Unlimited Posting

This package is primarily for batch job posting using our API. With purchasing an annual or yearly job posting package for $7500, your company will also have the opportunity to have a company overview page where job seekers can learn more about your company, company culture, and hiring practices.

Job Scraping

disABLEDperson, Inc. is happy to set up a job scraping for you if you wish. Please note that there is an additional cost for this of $125/hour to set it up. The complexity of your career site or scraping URL will determine how many hours you will be billed. Most scrapes can be set up in 4 to 8 hours. To minimize your cost for the scrape, presenting us with an XML feed of your jobs is most efficient.

Banner Logos

Banner Logos are offered at $200 per month with logo position offered on a first come first serve basis. Have your banner connect directly with your job listings!

What are job credits? By purchasing job credits, you can post jobs for our community to see! If you select one of our unlimited options, you have unlimited job credits which allows you to post unlimited jobs. We offer flexible packages to meet your company needs!


Resume Searching


Interested in searching resumes? Create an employer account, post jobs, and then you will have the opportunity to search resumes.

Resume searches are for employers who are regularly posting jobs. The time of access will depend on the number of jobs posted and is our decision. If you would like to search our candidate’s resumes, please email us at info@disabledperson.com and we will activate that feature for you.


OFCCP Compliance


If you are a federal contractor, you have certain requirements that are enforced by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP). The OFCCP enforces three laws, including laws for individuals with disabilities and veterans:

  1. Executive Order (E.O.) 11246 prohibits discrimination and requires affirmative action to ensure that all employment decisions are made without regard to race, color, religion, sex or national origin.

  2. Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act prohibits discrimination and requires affirmative action in the employment of qualified individuals with disabilities.

  3. The Vietnam Era Veterans' Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA) prohibits discrimination against specified categories of veterans protected by the Act and requires affirmative action in the employment of such veterans. Because the requirements for employers of veterans can be complicated, the OFCCP also publishes a list of Frequently Asked Questions specifically related to hiring veterans.
