The Implementation Manager is responsible for implementing Employer solutions for new clients after the initial sales contract is signed. This position will also serve as the clients' champion within Workforce Solutions ensuring the organization is consistently delivering services that are of superior quality, exceeding the clients' expectations, and anticipating the clients' future needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

-Manages the technical implementation of Employer Services products.

-Communicates the value of services to clients through a high level of understanding of Employer Services offerings and the available configuration options.

-Advises management of customer acceptance of existing or proposed products and services and makes recommendations on enhancements or new services based upon client input.

-Carries the ultimate responsibility for the success of a client's implementation while operating in a cohesive team environment.

-Partners with the Operations, Product Management team, and Product Development department for technical matters and problem resolution of any client issues.

-Develops and maintains standard documentation for overall implementation process.

-Edits and updates Statement of Work on an as needed basis.

-May provide some sales support.

Minimum Education and/or Experience:

-Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of successful business experience.

-Must have basic knowledge or experience with project life cycle and methodology.

-Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and other common desktop applications.

Required Competencies:

-An entrepreneurial spirit, the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and function in a fast-paced, demanding, high growth environment, and be client service-oriented.

-Team player & willingness to help others on the team.

-Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)

-Regular attendance is an essential function of the job and is required

-The ability to interface with customers, creative problem solving/analytical skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to understand new technologies quickly.

-Exemplary Customer Service Skills (internal and external customers)

Preferred Qualifications:

-Experience with employee self-service applications including the web, telephony or voice processing.

-Prior project management experience.

-Prior experience in a sales support environment is also preferred.

-2+ years of previous project management experience in a service industry, preferably B2B services.
