Slalom Atlanta is seeking an experienced Business Planning Leader to join its growing practice and help define what is next. We are open to hiring at both the Senior Principal and Director level title. Our team helps our clients rethink the possible and transform their business across various functions by taking a business led, technology enabled approach.
We're looking for a leader who has experience building and managing a practice, is a coach and leader of people, and leading client delivery for Business Planning based solutions. This leader will drive overall growth of the Business Planning practice through a combination of business development, practice operations, talent management, oversight of delivery work, and thought leadership.

Drive overall growth of Slalom's Business Planning capabilities through a combination of business development, delivery, and practice development
Communicate professionally, clearly, and effectively to target audiences

Business Development
Partner with Slalom's Account Leaders to identify, qualify, and close opportunities with new and existing clients across industries
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive business growth, expand market share, and meet or exceed revenue targets
Evaluate and understand client needs, win themes and success measures
Enhance existing go-to-market strategies and solutions
Identify new capabilities and cultivate strategic partnerships to grow the business and our people
Lead and support proposal teams in developing compelling proposals, scoping, and delivering persuasive presentations
Client Delivery
Understand the client's business challenges to craft effective solutions by using a business led, technology enabled mindset
Leverages expertise and Slalom best practices to guide teams in developing high-quality solutions
Experience designing and leading the delivery of end-to-end Business Planning implementations
Partner with other Slalom teams to deliver work
Practice Operations
Manage the operational metrics and staffing of the practice
Identify growth areas for the team and expand our existing abilities
Provide real-time, constructive feedback and support our team
What You'll Bring
Experience of growing and leading a practice or capability area.
A broad background in business planning and experience implementing planning solutions (Anaplan, Hyperion, Oracle, OneStream, IBM, SAP BPC, Adaptive Insights, or something similar)
Strong client facing skills and a successful track record of engagement management
A background that includes experience working in a consulting/professional services environment
The desire to work with a truly dynamic and exciting team, with a "roll-up your sleeves" approach
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Passion for an entrepreneurial environment
Strong ability to develop business relationships and close sales opportunities
Ability to work well under pressure; strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent inter-personal skills and a proven ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships at all levels
Ability to think strategically and support business objectives while effectively balancing risk/reward trade-offs
Self-directed and motivated to continuously improve processes to exceed expectations and help promote a best-in-class organization
