We are seeking an experienced business consultant and human capital practitioner who demonstrates proactivity to navigate ambiguous environments to help us define fiercely human future of work products/offerings. Role: Capability Lead, Workforce Transformation - Organization Design & Workforce Planning



Target Level: Senior Principal or Director



What You'll Do


  • Contribute to the overall growth of Slalom's 'enable thriving workforces' portfolio through capability-based research development with contributions from other global teams.

  • Partner with experts across Slalom to establish executive forms for senior HR/Talent/Learning positions and create space for Slalom to have presence at notable professional organization forums.

  • Contribute to the generation of standardized global approaches and product accelerators (e.g., workforce planning, organizational network analysis, natural language processing applied to employee sensing techniques, psychometric tools development).

  • Lead the generation of standardized global approaches for future capabilities based on the workforce and organization implications of technology advances (e.g., Generative AI).

  • Collaborate with local markets to identify cross-selling opportunities and support the growth of the business.

  • Contribute to client delivery by managing project delivery quality assurance, engagement risk, and project economics.

  • Enable a global human capital consulting team to deliver value based on expertise in areas such as: operating model, organization design, and workforce planning.

  • Contribute to team development through coaching/mentoring, and by supporting recruiting activities and onboarding.


What You'll Bring

  • Extensive consulting background with expertise in industrial and organization psychology.

  • Expertise in designing and applying behavior science management principles, methodologies, and tools, knowing how to apply academic principles.

  • Experience with sales activities and pursuits, including business development, proposals, statements of work, and revenue targets of $2.5M+

  • Ability to lead the design and facilitation of strategic planning sessions - helping align leaders around a shared mission, vision, and strategy.

  • Collaborative working style, easily adaptable to new environments and ability to embrace ambiguity.

  • Advanced communication and presentation skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Experience mentoring and/or teaching others to use change, organization, and/or learning methodologies.

  • Bachelor's degree
