This position will work in the office of Development and External Relations. This position will start as soon as possible and run through May 7, 2021. The supervisor will provide feedback on performance weekly. The work hours for this position will be based on the selected students' schedule and availability.
The position will be responsible for:
Development and Scholarship Tasks
- Assist with scholarship stewardship mailing
- Follow-up with students regarding donor thank you letters
- Assist with the college gift report distribution
- Assist with stewardship of first-time donors
- Assist with faculty and staff stewardship
External Relations Tasks
- Pull posts from Newswire and place into repository (daily)
- Draft captions for posts (whenever possible)
- Assist with benchmarking - pulling ideas from other SEC schools (weekly)
- IF granted access to accounts:
- Pull data (weekly - template provided)
- Assist with scheduling social media posts (as I have them available)
- Assist with engaging with other accounts from our college/campus (whenever possible)Qualifications:
