Position Summary

Crown Castle is hiring a Data Analytics & Reporting Analyst within our Business Support team.  Are you passionate about using data to drive decision making?  Are you intellectually curious and like to ask "why"?  Can you take data and make it speak?  Do you like to visualize data and use storytelling to create presentations and analysis?  If so, we want to talk with you.

This position will provide insight for planning through, compiling, analyzing and interpreting data on our workforce and the markets where we work.  In particular, this position can add significant value through combining data from all internal systems and other sources to produce a holistic view of evaluating investments in business innovation, redesign of processes or organization design, or possibilities for new ideas.

Expected to Deliver

  • Partner with the business to understand and deliver on their data needs, such as standard reporting, workforce planning support, executive level analysis and recommendations.

  • Develop and maintain standardized dashboards and other related metrics reports for organization-wide evaluation and decision-making support.

  • Help develop, implement and support an Analytics strategy to expand the amount of high quality analytics and insights through the organization.

  • Utilize technology and analytical tools to develop, analyze and interpret workforce data.

  • Develop, test and deploy predictive models for business outcomes related to talent and people analytics.

  • Liaise with leaders to share analysis and insight into workforce trends and demographics.

  • Analyze data and produce reports that help in facilitating talent review meetings.

  • Evaluate data to find root causes of trends, shifts in population distributions, etc. to drive strategic improvements.

  • Ensure quality assurance and data privacy compliance by performing data cleansing, data audit, and/or data validation.

  • Identify and implement process improvements in relation to data processes.

  • Recommend ways to strengthen data integrity, quality and availability.

  • Create reports in support of Compliance reporting submission requirements.

  • Support the Business Support team with various projects, ad hoc reporting and data analysis as necessary.


  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Information Systems, Data Science or related field.

Experience/Minimum Requirements

  • Five (5) years of experience in data analytics and reporting.

  • Experience with workforce and predictive analytics.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Experience working with cloud based HR information systems, analytics tools and reporting modules preferred
