Job Duties
Responding to help desk tickets and phone calls from end-usersTroubleshooting technical issues and providing technical assistance to end-usersEscalating issues to appropriate teams as neededDocumenting issues and solutions in the help desk ticketing systemMaintaining a high level of customer serviceEnsuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards

Sitting frequentlyCarrying/lifting 10-40 pounds rarelyStanding / walking/ climbing

Experience & Qualifications
3 years experience in computer networks and systems maintenance preferred.2 years experience on current networking operating systems preferred.Understanding of IT principles and an ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to a varied audience.A strong sense of discretion and confidentiality is required.

Educational Requirement:
Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Certifications in related fields preferred
