Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for the identification, evaluation, and implementation of process improvements in QA/RA that deliver value to the organization. Collaborate with Quality employees and senior leadership to drive process improvement efforts and achieve measurable results while assessing the value of the improvements implemented. Oversee, direct, and coordinate the Quality Continuous Improvement team.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to develop short and long-term process improvement roadmaps that align with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.

  • Lead and execute implementation of process improvement initiatives to optimize Quality processes, increase efficiency, and reduce waste, while delivering value to the organization

  • Serve as a change management champion, providing support and training to ensure successful adoption of process improvements

  • Develop metrics to track process performance and assess value of programs in order to report progress to senior leadership.

• Management responsibilities include:

o Typically, manages through Managers and/or Supervisors

o Oversee major projects/programs/outcomes;

o Budget responsibility;

o Interpret and execute policies for departments/projects and develops;

o Recommend and implement new processes & policies or modifications to existing processes & policies;

o Hiring staff, recommending pay increases, performing performance reviews, training and development of staff, estimating personnel needs, assigning work, meeting completion dates, interpreting and ensuring consistent application of organizational policies.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education

Bachelor's degree

Work Experience
7 years of experience
2 years managing people

Additional

• Expertise in SAP and WMS

• Sound decision making

• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Proven ability to drive change management efforts

• Attention to detail

• Position requires travel 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Certification/Licensure

Certification in Six Sigma, Lean, or other certification in process improvement methodologies
