Position Overview

Join our team as a Grain Operations Technician, where you'll be at the heart of agricultural operations. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in manual labor positions and have a passion for working in the agriculture industry. As a Grain Operations Technician, you'll be responsible for critical tasks involving the receiving, storage, cleaning, packaging, and shipping of grain, ensuring the smooth flow of operations and contributing to our commitment to excellence in customer service and facility upkeep.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in a variety of hands-on tasks within the operations area, including but not limited to receiving, storing, cleaning, packaging, and shipping grain.


• Contribute to grain conditioning processes to maintain quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction.


• Operate a range of mobile equipment vital to daily operations, demonstrating skill and precision in handling machinery.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred


• 1-2 years' relevant experience required
