Job Description:

Essential Duties


  • Plan, organize, coordinate, and schedule, activities, resources, equipment, and information of single and/or multiple projects
  • Prepare comprehensive project schedules and present, review, and track proposed and approved project(s) changes and produce updated schedules, including disseminating any revised project(s) documentation
  • Assists Project Manager in:

    • Project Planning
    • Developing and reviewing costs/budget
    • Contract development/Specifications development
    • Developing and disseminating status reports
    • Developing, presenting, and tracking schedule
    • Budget corrective action and recovery plans
    • Tracking project changes and updating schedule
    • Making sure needed action plans are implemented.
    • Communication changes and needs to the project team
    • Meeting aganda preparation and meeting minutes

  • Compile, maintain, and file project documents. This includes but is not limited to:

    • Prepare electronic document templates
    • Update documentation procedures and disseminate changes to project team
    • Compose document transmittals
    • Support Quality Management in the review of documents
    • Review and revise project documents where applicable to meet standards
    • Prepare meeting minutes, presentations and reporting documents

  • Coordinate interfaces between multiple projects
  • Coordinate involvement of architectural, civil/structural, mechanical, electrical, and specialty disciplines
  • Support Project Managers and Senior Engineers in project related tasks at design, bid, and construction phases.
  • Utilize task management and communication skills to manage, organize, and prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
  • Promptly issue reports and communicate deadlines and project needs with project team.
  • Occasional Travel may be required
Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory responsibilities Experience 1-4 Years of Related Experience Education Bachelor's degree in engineering/architecture/technical discipline or related field Qualifications, Skills and Abilities

  • Initiative and sound judgment
  • Strong project management and planning skills
  • Strong organization skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication skills
Licenses/Registrations
EIT Certificate preferred, but not required

PMP preferred, but not required

COMPENSATION
The National salary range for this position is $53,541 - $73,084. The actual salary offered will be dependent on the experience and expertise of the incoming candidate, and relative to salary ranges in the offering office.
