ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Daily review and documentation of remote device checks, alerts, patient enrollment and equipment requests from Merlin, Latitude, Carelink and BiotronikEnsures prompt provider notification of all actionable/urgent alert items.Timely reporting on all transmissions (both alert and scheduled) utilizing the clinics SOPDemonstrated ability to work both independently and under the supervision of the Device Clinic CoordinatorAssist patients with telephone inquiries concerning report transmission, device set-up, schedule and other device related questions.Respond in a timely manner to intracompany communicationsClear the device manufacturer websites (dismissing transmissions) after completion.Cross train to provide Holter analysis coverage as needed.Perform any and all other duties directed by the Device Clinic Coordinator
