Digital Adoption Senior Specialist

As a D i gital Adoption Senior Specialist , you will be responsible for supporting digital solutions that will offer a competitive differentiator and will drive adoption of PPG's e-commerce platforms. S/he will execute plans for digital and in-store promotions and support a readiness and adoption plan to drive customer adoption and usage of PPG's digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the business with the full adoption of these digital tools and capabilities made available by the PPG Digital teams.
• Operate autonomously within the role, recognizing opportunities for growth and efficiency, creating operating plans, and gaining leadership buy-in.
• Communicate work stream, customer, and platform updates with internal sales teams and store teams.
• Perform data analysis tasks to monitor and optimize platform KPIs while reporting results to internal stakeholders.
• Perform customer registration status processes to ensure internal process flows are seamless.
• Writing & editing process documentation and training materials for internal and/or external stakeholders
• Coordinate with internal teams to help drive platform improvements

Qualifications

• 4+ years of digital business experience, particularity in the retail space
• Proven track record demonstrating the ability to promote digital solutions that drive business results
• Strong writing & verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Detail oriented, highly organized and a keen eye for consistency
• Versatile and adaptable to the dynamic nature of digital Commerce
• Excellent interpersonal and customer communication skills
