The things you’ll do.

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will formulate partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. Other ways you will assist the Human Resources team and company include:

• Conducts regular meetings with respective business units to provide consultation and guidance relative to people and performance management, policy interpretation, restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.


• Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.


• Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention, often requiring flexibility to accommodate all shifts.
