Job Description:

The Digital Import Aggregation team is developing tools and capabilities that enable Customers to safely access their financial data in order to make better decisions about their money. This includes solutions that leverage external account data for diverse uses such as personal financial management, lending, and facilitation of payments. The team works closely with technology, design and external third parties (e.g. data aggregators, FinTech companies) to develop innovative experiences for our customers while adhering to the firm's data sharing principles of security, customer control and convenience, and privacy.

Responsibilties

The Digital Product Owner Business Analyst - Import Aggregation - Sr. Associate will work across the platform, partnering with Product Owners, Design, and Technology on diverse use cases. Candidates must have strong communication skills, technical aptitude and the ability to facilitate discussion.

Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with product owners, design, and other stakeholders to understand customer needs and define feature requirements
  • Ensure requirements meet legal, risk, and control standards
  • Create flow diagrams that capture user experience and technology interactions
  • Componentize initiatives into executable Epics for further refinement with technology partners
  • Identify and sequence dependencies across feature teams
  • Lead refinement sessions to d efine and write Stories in collaboration with development teams
  • Work closely with Project Management and Scrum Masters on the prioritization and scheduling of St ories to meet s print and release goals
  • Participate in desk checks with developers and QA partners in order to iterate on requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Escalate and prioritize any production defects in accordance with the level of severity and criticality of the defect, including participation and oversight of production triage, mitigation and remediation

  • Participate in the Agile scrum events including Discovery, Refinement, Daily Standup s, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives

Qualifications:


  • 5 years of experience in financial services, digital platforms and/or software development, preferably working on large scale and complex deliverables
  • Business Analyst experience required; in- depth knowledge of technology platforms, architecture and end-to-end systems preferred
  • Experience in working with and documenting requirements for APIs and diverse database technologies (SQL, Oracle, Cassandra etc.); past experience working with UI team a plus
  • Strong understanding of and ability to work within Agile methodology
  • Proven track record working on large, complex initiatives
  • Experience working with vendors and third party partnerships
  • Must be proficient in JIRA; proficiency in Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel preferred
  • Ability to remove obstacles and facilitate decision making
  • Commitment and self-motivation suitable to a start-up team
