We are looking for an applicant owning the Regulatory Shareholding Reporting ("RSR") Americas Region.


  • Responsible for the disclosures of Credit Suisse Group's (CSG) shareholdings in all relevant issuers in fulfillment of Large Shareholder (incl. Sensitive Industries Monitoring), Short-Selling, Takeover Panel and Disclosure of Interest Reporting requirements.
  • Responsible for the accurate and complete interpretation of all regulatory requirements affecting the area, where required coordination with external counsels.
  • Responsible to plan together with the Business Project Lead the book of work and coordinate/support the IT implementation of system upgrades to meet the introduction of new regulatory reporting requirements and/or to improve existing reporting functionalities.

The principal role of the Global Regulatory Shareholding Reporting ("GRSR") function is to monitor the Credit Suisse Group's ('CSG') shareholdings in issuers/ or securities and to prepare/submit disclosures in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with local disclosure requirements. The GRSR function covers globally the mandates Large Shareholder- (incl. US 13F, Article of Association and Sensitive Industries), Short Selling/Positions & Takeover Panel Reporting requirements. The function owns further related mandates such as position checks regarding Conflicts, ad-hoc Disclosure of Interest requests from issuers and/or agents, Research Holdings Reports etc. With a geographic footprint in the Americas, EMEA, Switzerland and APAC, the RSR function executes its mandate on a Bank-wide basis. You Offer
We are looking for an applicant university degree in law, economics, business administration or similar qualification with equivalent experience and specialization in finance, banking and compliance


  • Leadership experience as well as experience with Regulatory Shareholding Reporting mandates
  • Detailed knowledge of securities and securities reference data
  • Proficient in MS Office tools, in particular Excel, PowerPoint
  • Open mindedness & pro-activeness
  • High level of motivation, high accuracy and a high quality standard
  • Ability to communicate optimally at levels
