This position is responsible for:

  • Providing financial guidance and analysis as part of a cross-functional team consisting of members from Sales Operations, Brand Marketing, and Supply Chain Management responsible for developing national and regional incentive programs for the US Retail Market

  • Working with Sales and Brand Operations to evaluate incentive tactics for profit maximizing opportunities

  • Maintain and update the incentives forecast to best predict next month's performance through monitoring and evaluating seasonal trends, program performance, and new incentive actions

  • Calculating and analyzing costs associated with national and regional incentive proposals using internal and external reporting data

  • Evaluating margin impact of incentive proposals and resulting net margin position

  • Assessing historical performance and future cost of national dealer objective programs

  • Performing analysis of estimated share and contribution impact associated with incentive proposals

  • Participating in or leading meetings with VP/Director and Senior Management personnel from multiple organizations

  • Delivering incentive cost estimates, in-market net margins, month-to-month incentive variance explanations, Business Center incentive reports, and financial support for Commercial Committee agendas

  • Performing various special studies as required
