UC Health is hiring a part-time Clinical Staff Educator (RN), for the float pool/2 PCT department for the day shift at West Chester Hospital.
The Clinical Staff Educator (RN), will support West Chester Hospital's float pool/2 PCTand Level III Trauma Center, delivering high-quality care to patients based on assessed needs, established standards of care and according to policy and procedures.

Education:
Minimum Required: Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing required.
Preferred: Master of Science degree in health related field preferred.
Certifications & Licensure
Licensed as Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.
Experience
Minimum Required: 1 - 2 Years equivalent experience.
Preferred: 3 - 5 Years equivalent experience.

Develops and presents educational programs and conferences.
Facilitates the application of appropriate theories of nursing and other sciences.

Collaborates with nursing and other health care professionals in the establishment of goals and implementation of goals.
Collaborates with the nurse managers and staff to identify clinical activities to facilitate the professional growth of the health care team.
