Job Description

The Director of Strategy for Health Solutions will be located in San Jose, CA will partner with the business intelligence team, corporate strategy, and health solutions executive leadership to define and guide the health solutions business expansion initiative. This activity includes understanding and targeted specific business adjacencies, new capabilities development, M&A strategy, and due diligence.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

• This role will develop and maintain competitive landscape knowledge, understanding of health solutions market impactors, and M&A landscape.


• Business analytics will include key customers and targets, as well as market segments of interest.


• The position includes both high-level strategy and research, as well as hands-on execution and project management.

Here is some of what you'll need (required):

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other applicable experience.


• 8+ years’ work experience in Health Solutions


• 3+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy, or business unit strategy and analytics


• Leadership skills and executive presence - experience presenting to C-Suite and BOD


• Experience creating business analyses and acquisition modeling.


• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.


• Experience leading strategic initiatives and transformation


• End-to-end understanding of the strategy development process and hypothesis-driven problem solving


• Team player with strong communication, relationship-building, and leadership capabilities


• Industry expertise in any or all of medical devices, medical manufacturing, highly regulated manufacturing
