Job Description:

This is a temporary opportunity through August.

PRIMARY PURPOSE

  • The Facilities Service Coordinator receives and dispatches center repair and maintenance requests and supports the centers with all Facilities related issues.


MAJOR FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Assign work orders as received from centers through the company FootPrints system/Facilities helpdesk

  • Answer all incoming calls and emails in a timely manner

  • Dispatch service vendors as they relate to repair requests

  • Follow up with centers and vendors to assure completion of work orders

  • Interact with Regional Property Managers on facility related issues as necessary

  • Generate weekly reports as they relate to service orders


DECISION MAKING AUTHORITY

  • Selection of appropriate service vendors based on building trade and work order request


RECOMMENDED EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS


  • Customer service and/or comprehensive call center knowledge and outstanding customer service skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work closely with other team members and departments

  • Strong decision making skills

  • Proficiency in basic Microsoft applications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, advanced education and or certifications preferred

  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience required

The pay range for this role starts at $18/hr.
