JOB DESCRIPTION The People Team Specialist will serve as the primary HR contact for all COVID-19 related inquiries and projects. It is essential that this role build a foundation of personal trust through first-class service and provide a point of view to business partners using effective interpersonal skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Live Our Values; People, Quality, Service and Innovation
Lead, resolve, and track COVID-19 issues and investigations, including providing formal written documents to associates and our Legal team, as needed.
Coordinate on site COVID testing and distribution of test results
Facilitate delivery of at home test kit program, including program oversight, shipping and tracking
Oversee Vaccine distribution (future responsibility)
Monitor and lead COVID-19 Hotline communication, including intake for positive cases (communication letter, incident report, contact tracing), outreach based on failed Health Screenings, reported symptoms or exposure
Follow up on all return to work dates
Answer time off/pay elated questions
Update user accounts within the Daily Health Screening application
Maintain Associate Coronavirus tracker (positive cases, child care issues LOA, school closures, associates age 65 and older)
Monitor news and latest federal, state and county legal requirements
Track COVID cases, vaccination rates and school closures by state and county for RH locations
Maintain and update Testing & Vaccine Information by Location List
REQUIREMENTS
Strong knowledge of HR practices and programs that enable teams to lead at a high-level and drive results. This includes but is not limited to associate relations, leave of absence, worker's compensation, safety, data and tracking.
Demonstrated exceptional leadership capabilities with a history of leaving an organization better than it was before.
Be a proactive self-starter, with a proven HR background, and provide consistent results to the organization.
Ability to influence and partner at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to practice a high level of confidentiality.
