Job Description:

In the site trainer role, you will own new hire and cross functional training of associates and leaders. It is critical in this role to learn the operations workflow as well as establish plans to train large groups during peak seasons. You will manage multiple training projects in a fast-paced environment and interface with operations managers and support teams at all levels to ensure successful training implementations. This role is integral in supporting the business' transformation initiative to achieve long-term strategic goals. The expected training solutions should be hands-on, interactive, engaging and concise. Utilizing adult learning theories and the latest training development methodologies, you will be expected to shape and adjust training development and delivery to meet operations' needs.

Responsibilities:


  • Facilitate classroom and floor huddle training sessions to support operations
  • Conduct needs assessment and develop training programs geared towards peak processing
  • Leverage subject matter experts to create and maintain accurate, realistic, and engaging training material
  • Schedule training, coordinate resources, and maintain records of training sessions and participants.
  • Support operations during system and production implementation of new procedures and processes.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness by deploying measurement and feedback tools
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with management to ensure that the training curriculum addresses gaps and needs
  • In conjunction with operations' leadership, provide evaluation and feedback to develop new hires and existing employees on job performance and skill acquisition
  • Independently manage ongoing training programs; assess and make changes to training programs with the training team

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experiences:


  • Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent four-year practical experience working in an operation/production, a finance institution, or a fast-paced business environment
  • Minimum three years of experience in technical and soft skill training and development
  • Professional instruction and presentation skills
  • Ability to effectively deliver technical training content, as well as an ability to facilitate discussions through interaction and engagement
  • Knowledge of adult learning theories and training development methodologies
  • Excellent communication, organization skills, and attention to detail
  • Proficient competency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Flexibility in changing work schedules to accommodate 24-hour operations
  • Preferred knowledge in lockbox processing

Work schedule: Monday - Friday / 7am - 4pm. Must be flexible during peak seasons to work off hours.
