The Corporate Technology Metadata program is chartered to re-engineer multiple dimensions of Risk, Finance & Capital, HR, Compliance, and Legal Technology Information Architecture to improve accuracy, consistency, and granularity across its data assets for Risk, Capital, and Regulatory Reporting. The team is new and highly motivated. This position provides an opportunity to use and deploy a range of Metadata, Data Management and Data Quality technologies, to take on a challenging role that's critical to our Financial Regulatory environment.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals
• Passionate about building an innovative culture
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills and should be proactive and take initiative
• Demonstrates exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Agile software development lifecycle
• Java (backend)
• Deep understanding of Java (10+ years of experience), Spring, Spring boot
• Working knowledge of various data structures
• Concurrency and multi-threading, run time VM, garbage collection
• Experience working with micro service based architecture, cloud deployments, CI/CD, DevOps
• Experience of Cloud Technologies including AWS, containers and Kubernetes
• Good understanding of test driven development. Should be familiar with Junit and Mockito
• Experience developing with Oracle or any other major RDBMS
• UI development, deep knowledge and experience of: JavaScript framework (React JS and Node JS), HTML5, CSS3, Web Services and various protocols
• Ability to work on complex design and development standards.
• Experience with GIT/Bitbucket, continuous integration/continuous deployment tools and pipelines
• Experience working in multi-time zone development team.
• Experience with event-driven systems.
