Job Description:

Sign on and retention bonuses available up to
$5,000*

 

Full-time, 40-hour per
week, evening shift position

*Additional 10% shift differential offered for evening
shift

 

Purpose:

Assists with the day-to-day responsibilities of the supply chain work in Inventory & Logistics.

Responsibilities: A listing of the key responsibilities

1. Handles material stock requests.


2. Counts and puts away supplies for business unit to guarantee accuracy of reorder points and reorder quantities to support on-hand inventory


3. Uses software to review stat cases and stock requests.


4. Collects items for scheduled cases, emergency case carts, par level ordering, and staging orders. Documents/notifies Control Planner of shortages & discrepancies.


5. Assists team lead in the cycle count.


6. Performs other duties as required or assigned.
   
   

Minimum Qualifications:

1. High school graduate required.


2. Previous hospital work or mechanical experience preferred.


3. Able to prioritize and work with constant interruptions required.


4. Good communication skills desired.


5. Basic computer skills required.


6. The ability to be bonded at Hospital expense required.
