CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking a Sr. Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing Group in the Atlanta, GA; Duluth, GA; Savannah, GA; Rochester, NY; Syracuse, NY or Albany, NY office.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Sr. Marketing Coordinator at CHA plays an integral role on our Marketing team by driving all marketing-related activities for our Transportation, Building Design, and/or Land Development business lines. This professional takes pride in managing relationships with their clients and leads proposal efforts from kick-off through proposal submission. The goal is to provide value-added input on strategy and content-keeping their team on track to reach pivotal milestones while ensuring CHA's response meets all RFP requirements. Duties include:
Leads go/no go process and ensures proper documentation
- Reviews and assesses RFP criteria and notes deadlines upon receipt of RFP
- Works with the Proposal Managers in defining the response team
- Schedules and leads proposal kickoff call; sets writing assignments and proposal schedule
- Leads the development of win/value proposition theme for RFP with account team
- Prepares framework and writes/drafts key proposal sections for the pursuit team (scope, costs and project schedule to be provided by technical staff)
- Provides value-added input on strategy, resources, teaming partners, cross-selling opportunities
- Leads/drives team to meet scheduled deadlines through proposal submittal
- Schedules and drives proposal debrief calls
- Participates in/coordinates routine pursuits calls and efforts
- Supports the management and marketing of assigned tier client account(s)
- Understands market strategy and materials and ensures marketing materials support their teams' efforts to be successful
- Creates/updates market qualifications packages that reflect the market's services, projects and resources
- Properly maintains marketing systems following corporate policy
- Updates marketing database and collateral regularly to ensure most up-to-date information is saved
- Works with Communications and Graphics to ensure market collateral is accurate and meets the teams need
- Uses and enforces graphics and branding standards
- Collaborates with Communications for awards, social media, website (internal and external) content
- Participates in market team meetings providing marketing perspectives on:
- Potential/upcoming opportunities
- Win/loss reporting
- New, strategic hire/capabilities reporting
- Trade show/conference participation
- Market research/client and competitor intelligence
- Leads the preparation of presentations, including coaching the team on content and techniques
- Other related duties, as assigned

EDUCATION AND LICENSURE

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Business or other related fields of study preferred

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in AEC industry a plus
- Writing/editing expertise
- Document layout knowledge/Adobe InDesign
- Experience in managing a marketing project from start to finish
