Working in a fast paced and dynamic environment, you will be the lead creative on the social media team. Working with the strategy team, you will concept, plan and execute seasonal content across all of the social platforms. The role also includes in-store activations and influencer collaborations.
Create and source photo and video assets, including some shooting of both photo and video.
Concepting, managing, and executing against an ongoing content calendar across all social channels
Schedule social media posts and stories working in both real time and ahead of season
Align with overall brand creative, taking into account specific social media best practices
Develop alongside marketing strategy, big ideas for seasonal creative- including social first content and events
Identify influencers and creatives across a variety of different social platforms
Ability to upload and schedule social media posts
Design influencer briefs and pull creative swipe
Partner with strategy to create seasonal decks encompassing integrated creative and strategy for seasonal marketing presentations
Able to execute graphics, create gifs and have a great eye for typography
Work with video and editing team to approve assets
Manage Social Media Coordinator
At least 5 years of social and / or digital creative experience, graphic design, and art direction
Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Proficiency in Photoshop and knowledge of Premier/ video editing programs for short social output
Understanding of Gen Z and Millennial culture norms
Deep knowledge of the social media space - trends and emerging platforms
Collaborate well with cross functional partners and some management experience
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines
Confidence in copywriting and storytelling
Be able to work independently and provide creative solutions
