Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Handles, distributes, and transfers material and equipment as required to maintain an efficient material flow through the factory.
• Gatekeeper for incoming and outgoing materials on the production floor, both physically and virtually.
• Perform kitting function based on picklist generated using work orders created by planners.
• View, assess, receive, transact, issue, reconcile materials virtually in Oracle material control system.
• Receive, complete, and issue job work orders in Oracle.
• Data entry of incoming materials in CAMSTAR (Traceability Database).
• Performs manual and routine administrative duties in material handling such as receiving, packing and shipping.
• Load, unload, and move materials within different work areas.
• Perform verification counts for incoming/outgoing materials based on transaction documents or work order pick list.
• Attach tags and labels on the inventory stock.
• Perform cycle count for on-hand inventory and reconcile/adjust inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain inventory accuracy in Oracle for all materials used in the local production facility.
• Handle discrepant materials by creating eDMR (Discrepant Material Report).

• High School graduate.
• Minimum of 3-5 years in similar job duties required.

• Must possess the ability to multi-task assignments.
• Medium computer literacy skills required.
• Daily email communication with team required.
• Working proficiency with Microsoft Office applications like Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint strongly preferred.
• Oracle and Agile software experience strongly preferred.
• Flexible to work occasional overtime and weekends when required.
• Must be a good team player.
• Have strong attention to detail and understand the importance of product quality and materials control
• Read, comprehend, and follow process specifications, email communications, and safety rules.
• Must be able to perform tasks independently, accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.

• Capable to occasionally lift and transfer packages weighing up to 25 lbs
