Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our growing Global Marketing Excellence team at Omnipod®. This individual enjoys working in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced organization focused on transforming the diabetes healthcare space. Candidates must be highly motivated, open-minded, and solution oriented. They should have the ability to balance multiple project priorities across various teams and time zones, while not being afraid to have fun along the way.

The Associate Marketing Manager, Community will develop marketing programs that exceed consumer expectations-from before they are a customer all the way through to becoming an advocate. A core purpose of the role is to drive brand awareness and increase positive brand sentiment for Omnipod while establishing a vision and executing against a short and long-term business plan that will decrease customer attrition and increase customer loyalty to deliver consistent topline growth. Responsibilities include supporting our retention strategy through the management and promotion of a loyalty program as a catalyst for revenue, designing compelling digital marketing plans and programs that ensure strategic growth targets are met, and amplifying that messaging through community engagement, PR, and partnerships with our product roadmap as our north star. Key stakeholders to this role will include customers and their families, healthcare providers, key opinion leaders, and nonprofit organizations.

This person will serve as a brand steward and will be expected to identify process gaps and offer solutions leveraging brand strategy, insights, and guidelines. They should be adept at seeking out and building relationships and partnering closely with both U.S. and International Consumer and HCP Marketing teams, Product Franchises, and work closely with a National Sales team. This position will serve as a connector supporting global delivery of effective marketing resources ensuring alignment with internal functional partners. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, a critical thinker, but not critical, and a strong team player who takes great pride in the quality, precision, and measurable results of their work. Tactics will include working with third-party creative marketing agencies on global brand campaigns, channel strategies like social media and digital, PR programs, event sponsorships, and partnerships.

Responsibilities


  • D evelop, lead, and implement the retention strategy for the Omnipod brand globally including the execution and management of a loyalty program building the end-to-end customer journey

  • Develop and deliver digital, social media, influencer, and PR campaigns and programs with a primary focus on people with type 1 diabetes, and/or their caregivers, to hit strategic growth targets

  • Support global community engagement, identifying compelling user testimonies ideal for integrated campaigns and PR opportunities

  • Overall support of our Product Franchises and Regional Marketing teams, while ensuring timely and consistent delivery of supporting marketing materials from third-party creative marketing agencies

  • Connect HCP Marketing initiatives to industry Congresses identifying PR opportunities and working with healthcare providers and key opinion leaders to elevate brand perception

  • Enable a culture of excellence to refine and institutionalize best practices enabling value generation and thought partnership in bringing campaigns and programs to market

  • Use brand strategy, insights (KPIs), and guidelines to make actionable business recommendations and be comfortable presenting to cross-functional leaders

  • Anticipate the needs of the market by staying on top of industry research and understanding clinical trends, market access, and customer insights

  • Share successes and learnings for driving brand awareness and positive brand sentiment, and aiding when possible to translate those for global consumption

  • Serve as a brand steward, identifying process gaps and offering solutions to drive best-in-class marketing communications

Education and Experience


  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Marketing, Communications or Business

  • 3+ years of Brand or Digital Marketing experience OR combination of education and related industry experience

  • Medical Device, Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry experience preferred in a regulated environment

Additional Information


  • The position can be remote, hybrid or in-person

  • Travel is estimated at 10-15% but will flex depending on business needs; international travel is possible

  • Will be required to spend time with the diabetes community either through Field rides or consumer conferences and events

  • Flexibility to take morning and evening calls to align with international business hours as needed

Additional Information:
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $84,600.00 - $127,050.00. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the primary work location in the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
