Job Description:

Responsible for managing a portfolio of projects for large scale, complex
enterprise clients, both domestic and international
 Responsible for project planning, scope, defining milestones and delivery
dates, including internal and external status reporting
 Conducts analysis of client business and functional requirements to ensure
products, services and system design meets clients business needs
 Conducts system demonstrations
 Works with client to configure account structure, user permissions, and
coordinate training
 Gathers billing requirements to ensure proper billing structure and invoices
 Go-to consultant for various internal requestors regarding complex account
setups, products, and platforms.
 Develop work-around solutions to uncommon and complex setup issues.
 Main point of contact for internal and external project escalations
 Ensure accurate validation of annual volume and revenues for each
 Provides overall account and integration coordination, ensuring on-time
 Supports client during post live period and transition to support organizations
 Collaborate and communicate with internal resources to ensure customizations
are effectively created to meet customer needs
 Follows company implementation methodology and best practices
 Participates in finalist presentations, as needed
 Establishes and continually refines and documents implementation processes
and procedures to improve customer experience
 Ability to create/update training documentation and review all other training
documentation created by others to ensure accuracy before posting.
 Host internal training calls and calibrations with cross-functional teams
 Assist with internal project status reporting and presenting to leadership as
 Ability to train and mentor new and existing team members
 Take on small special projects and provide input, analyze data, and perform
needed tasks
 May also be required to set up or maintain accounts when necessary
 May also be required to provide client training when necessary
 Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs
