  • Provide support and guidance including prioritization of work assignments for electrical technicians on assigned shift.

  • Support and prioritize necessary repair and troubleshooting by managing priorities aligned to operational needs.

  • Perform troubleshooting of process upsets / incidents, identifies root cause, course of action, decides optimal course of action and actively manages corrective measures and / or solution implementation.   

  • Perform troubleshooting both mechanically and electrically to repair existing process, molding and packaging equipment.

  • Program various types of PLC’s (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Toshiba, Modicon, GE, etc.) when called upon by Engineering/Maintenance Management.


  • Associates degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field OR equivalent work experience required.

  • Must have knowledge in instrumentation P.I.D loops containing load cells, LVDT’s, pressure transducers, and flow elements that interface with PLC’s

  • Must have experience with all types PLC programming/graphics as well as being able to program and create graphics on such PLC’s. (Inputs, outputs, and logic)., Blueprint reading.

  • Previous manufacturing maintenance experience preferred.

  • Must successfully complete the Electrical Maintenance Skills Assessment
