Mandatory Skills

 

·         Under general direction of the Program Manager, oversees high-priority projects, which often require considerable resources and high levels of functional integration.

·         In addition to duties of Project Manager II, takes projects from original concept through final implementation.

·         Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including end users, distributors, and vendors. Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.

·         May communicate with a company executive regarding the status of specific projects. (PMI definition)

 

Preferred Skills

 

·         Project Manager II Hard Skill set

·         Six Sigma Belt (Recommended)

·         PMP certification (Recommended)

·         Managing Global projects

·         GxP experience preferred

 

Job Roles/Responsibilities

 

·         Provide project management expertise to drive execution on intended scope

·         Develop and maintain overall program timeline that incorporates critical milestones and key deliverables for  .

·         Conduct   risk identification, mitigation and escalation throughout the project execution and close out.

·         Participate in project meetings drive   progress & support  project change management.

·         Maintain  project plan, action and decision log.

·         Monitor  site remediation progress against objectives and targets and provide mitigation support as required.

·         Proactively communicate progress, achievements and areas of concerns to   sponsors, team members and key stakeholders.

·         Interface with key stakeholder to ensure all issues are addressed and plans are adjusted to reflect decisions made.

·         Collaborate and align with communication and change management resources as needed.
