The Group SVP, Asset Based Lending manages a team of commercial lenders and related support staff. In this role, you will provide guidance to the team and act as a conduit with executive management.

What You’ll Do

• Responsible for the acquisition of new clients while retaining and developing existing profitable relationships within Middle Market across a diverse group of industries




• Motivate and direct team toward revenue generating sales opportunities, customer satisfaction, and goal achievement




• Cultivate long-term relationships with clients and outside professional centers of influence through development of positive bank recognition and by attending / coordinating networking events, functions, and community events




• Anticipate and deliver on client needs through advanced product knowledge, technical expertise, and strong transactional execution skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or related field




• 10+ years’ middle market commercial lending experience; ABL experience highly preferred




• Exhibits exemplary communication skills (both verbal and written) and executive presence




• Successful track record of driving new business growth and developing well rounded client relationships




• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and interpret the principles of accounting, credit, and finance




• Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state regulations covering commercial banking activities
