Purpose of Job:

The primary purpose of this internship is to support the EHS Director with aligning reporting and capital investment with our Sustainability goals. Work directly on high impact projects within the Environment, Health, Safety, Security and Sustainability department. During this internship, participants are encouraged to think outside the box and use a continuous improvement mindset. Interns will gain hands-on experience in work related to their field of study.

Job Duties:


  • Assume Sustainability data gathering and metrics reporting responsibilities.

  • Find new opportunities for implementing change to/capital investments in existing processes.

  • Support onboarding of new Sustainability Reporting Tool.

  • Research current best practices across industries and evaluate feasibility of application at PBV.

  • Consult with engineering and Sustainability SMEs on projects.

  • Learn the beverage business.

Minimum Requirements:


  • Working on bachelor’s degree with at least 60 credits completed in a business management, sustainability, or engineering program.

  • A positive attitude with a passion for making an impact.

  • Must be a curious self-starter than can operate without extensive direction.

  • Willingness to listen and learn.

  • Strong time management skills

  • Flexible and cooperative

  • Excellent communication and follow through.

  • Creative and innovative mindset

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to understand business impact and prioritize assignments.

  • Must have adept interpersonal skills and be able to translate highly technical information to non-technical personnel.

  • Able to travel regionally, up to 60% of the time by car.
