Provide interdepartmental support to the Ocean Import/Export, Air Import/Export, Domestic Trucking, and accounting departments
Manage shipments from beginning to completion
Communicate with sub-contractors via email and phone
Prepare, handle and process documentation-including house and master bills of lading, commercial documents and customs/regulatory documents
Accurate and timely data entry into AS400 system
Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, co-workers and with our other offices worldwide.
Monitor reports and workflow, auditing and researching service performance issues and develop recommendations for improvements
Accurate and timely client billing and document distribution
Accurate audit of Vendor invoices
Qualifications
Previous experience in international freight is strongly preferred
Knowledge in Logistics and/or Supply Chain
Prior experience with SAP and AS400 a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Pay: $24-26/hr.
Schedule: 8:00am - 4:30pm, Mon - Fri
Location: 100% in-office
Type: Contract - 3+ months (Length is TBD)
