Location: Inver Grove Heights, MN
Salary: $65.00 USD Hourly - $75.00 USD Hourly
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Lead Financial Analyst
*This role is hybrid in Inver Grove Heights, MN
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Consolidate and review budgeting, forecast and quarterly financial reporting (QFR) materials from across the Energy businesses.
- Analyze budget and forecast variances and communicate facts and insights to leadership team.
- Perform cost analysis and communicate insights to inform effective decision-making related to capital projects.
- Review & assist in preparing QFR packages for distribution to corporate and senior leadership.
- Extract and analyze data to provide meaningful decision support to leadership, performing ad hoc reporting as needed.
- Identify and implement process improvements to drive standardization, efficiency and waste elimination.
- Lead and coordinate finance technology initiatives.
Qualifications: - 10+ years' relevant experience required
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Large ERP experience, such as SAP or JDE 9.0
- BPC, Cloud Planning, BI and/or Power BI reporting experience
- Experience with business and/or predictive analytics
- Continuous Improvement/Lean/Six Sigma experience
