An Am Law 100 law firm is looking for an Intellectual Property Paralegal to join their team out of their Chicago, IL office.
Responsibilities:
File global patent portfolios
Communicate with foreign agents and USPTO employees
Organize patent files and manage docket deadlines
Due diligence, legal research, and data compilation
Qualifications:
MUST have 5+ years of intellectual property experience in a law firm setting
Ability to work a hybrid schedule in Chicago, IL
Team player, solid communication skills, interest in bringing your creativity and passion to work
Experience with both patent and trademark & proficient in ePCT
Knowledge of both domestic and foreign intellectual property processes and policies
Expert in Microsoft programs
Salary: $90-$125k/yr.
