Beacon Hill is seeking an Administrative Account Representative who will be responsible for professionally responding to telephone and email inquiries solving problems and educating customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Responsibilities:
Promptly answers, screens, and processes telephone inquiries with strict adherence to laboratory policies and procedures.
Provides concise information on business mode.

Qualifications:
Basic computer skills that include a combination of experience in a Windows Operating System, E-mail, and data entry.
High School diploma or GED required
Prefer one-year experience working at front desk or call center/customer service
Experience in the health care field working as a medical receptionist is highly preferred
Desire to provide the best possible experience for our customers
Thrive in a fast-paced environment with coaching support
Dedicated to excellent attendance
