Coordinate all phases of the digital content (E-book) component of the Course Materials Operation, including regular contact with vendor, resolving compatibility issues, resolving online access issues, and reconciling complex invoices to what was actually ordered. Assist the Department Supervisor with researching and ordering course materials for the Fall, Spring, and Summer classes. Communicate with faculty in a timely and professional manner on problems or questions on textbook requisitions. Manage '1791 Books', the Bookstore's third-party vendor presence on Amazon. Support the Bookstore's on-line ordering system, buyback and rental programs. Manage the Medical Books and Supplies departments. Assist customers with book ordering and purchasing. Provide exceptional customer service and support UVM's commitment to diversity, inclusion, and environmental sustainability.
Associates degree and two to four years related experience in customer service or high volume retail experience required. Demonstrated commitment to diversity, social justice and training, fostering a collaborative multicultural environment. Must be able to work some weekends, evenings and occasional University holidays with occasional overtime.
$21.00 to $22.00/hour
