SPS Commerce is hiring an Associate Space and Support Analyst to join our team! As an Associate Space and Support Analyst, you will play a key role in the Customer Success department to help support our growing customer base with a focus on customer satisfaction. This role includes aiding in planogram builds with a focus in development, a proficiency in gathering performance data to support strategy direction, and the capability to construct a merchandising presentation story. Candidates will be called upon to support any number of initiatives & projects, balanced against the priorities of the business, and the position requirements of their dedicated role.
This position is located in Brampton, Ontario.
Internal candidates may be located in Minneapolis, MN.

Day to Day
Space Management Responsibilities:
Creating Planograms based on strategy and data analysis
Follow Planogram process and communicate to all parties using weekly recap template
Maintain good working relationships with all customers and internal team members
Ensure quality on all assigned tasks and projects
Use automation tools to efficiently complete projects (where possible)
Scan Planograms at Lab or Customer Sites
Capture Images/Dimensions
Learn reporting solutions and apply to projects
Identify process improvements or IT opportunities and present them to Team Lead
Provide insightful and in-depth analysis
Support Responsibilities:
Answers, evaluates and prioritizes requests from customers having questions or experiencing problems with SPS Analytics Products and POS Reporting
Facilitates problem recognition, re earch, isolation, resolution, and follow-up for customer problems; referring and escalating the most complex problems to appropriate staff and departments when necessary
Logs and tracks customer interactions using a problem management database
Responds to and resolves open issues in an appropriate timeframe and maintains historical records and related documentation
Required Skills/Experience
Bachelor's Degree OR Associate Degree in CS +2 years relevant experience
Quick learner and Driven individual
Retail merchandising background an asset
Strong time management and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrate basic MS Office (Excel) knowledge / Internet
Comfortable presenting or being in front of client
Preferred Experience
Experience at a retailer (i.e. Loblaw, Sobeys, Best Buy) in any role is a positive
Customer Services experience bonus (customer facing, phone support etc.)
