Position:  The HR Coordinator drives our mission by supporting the HR team and working with employees across the business to ensure Ace Systems/ARCA International is a great place to work for all. Our team achieves results by being innovative, driven, collaborative and trustworthy. This is a hands-on role that provides support in workforce planning, HR Systems, employee engagements and ad hoc projects as necessary.  This is a temporary three-month position at this time.  Expected work hours are 20-25 hours per week.

Priorities:


  • Work to streamline, make enhancements and buildouts to our HRIS system

  • Research for projects including Workplace Violence Prevention, Drug-Free Workplace and Handbook Update

  • Assist with internal communications

  • Prepare reports as needed

Qualifications/Skills:


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products

  • Exceptional time management and attention to detail

The pay range is $19 - 21 per hour. Starting pay rate will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, qualifications, and the terms of any applicable agreement. Dependent on the length of service, hours worked, and applicable agreements, benefits include sick pay of 2.66 hours for every 80 hours worked and retirement benefits.

Technology Skills:

  • Competent with Microsoft Teams.
