The Program Manager will manage the many elements of driving Integration, Education, and Adoption for Medtronic Financial Services. This team partners with all OU's and RLM's to provide best in class leasing solutions to our customers so you will work closely with Medtronic sales, credit, finance, marketing, and legal departments to help manage leasing programs and portfolios. You will also provide training and support to the various Medtronic OU sales groups.

A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Managing creation / implementation of MFS training modules
• Maintaining MFS website
• Managing / driving the MFS Operating Agenda Action Plan
• Working with Operating Committee members to ensure progress on Action Plan
• Coordinating Operating Committee meetings
• Managing multiple projects working with various functions and business units

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of progressive leadership responsibilities or project management experience (3+ years with an Advanced degree)
Nice to Have
• Influence management skills - Ability to influence both leaders and individual contributors
• Results oriented; ability to drive to completion in adherence to project schedules
• Identifies and resolves issues in a proactive, creative, and timely manner
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Microsoft Excel expertise (functions, expressions, pivot tables, formulas, data sets)
• Ability to solve highly complex problems across multiple business functions

The provided base salary range is used nationally (except in certain CA locations).The rate offered is compliant with federal/local regulations and may vary by experience,certification/education, market conditions, location, etc.
