Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Tampa, FL that is seeking a Senior Accounting Consultant.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret financial data to identify the company's financial status


• The Senior Accounting Consultant will develop and implement effective strategies for financial management and cost reduction


• Prepare detailed reports and present financial information to clients and stakeholders


• Advise on tax planning and assist in tax compliance


• Conduct audits and investigate any financial inconsistencies and irregularities


• Ensure adherence to financial laws and regulations


• Assist in budget preparation and expenditure control


• Provide guidance in areas like capital financing, acquisitions, or risk assessment


• The Senior Accounting Consultant will train the company's staff on new systems or procedures, if necessary


• Assist clients in dealing with regulatory authorities or external auditors

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience with Sage Intacct is a plus


• To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed


• Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
