Responding promptly to inquiries from customers, electricians, plumbers, and others via phone and email.
Providing technical support by diagnosing and troubleshooting issues related to the installation and use of in-home luxury saunas, steam heaters, generators, app connectivity, etc.
Assisting in repairing returned products and ensuring all associated paperwork is completed accurately.
Reviewing new product manuals and offering feedback to enhance information clarity.
Contributing to the preparation and review of technical training materials and product development processes.
Job Requirements:
Previous experience in customer technical support, both in the field and over the phone.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions effectively, focusing on resolving customer issues throughout the day.
Maintaining a positive attitude and delivering exceptional customer service, which are as vital as having technical expertise. This role often involves assisting frustrated individuals, requiring a friendly and empathetic approach.
Additional Information:
Compensation: $22-24/hr.
Location: In-office in Cokato, MN - hybrid work options available after training.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
