Respond to inquiries via phone and email from customers, electricians, plumbers, etc.
Provide technical support by troubleshooting & diagnosing issues (install & use of in-home luxury Sauna's & steam heaters, generator's, app connectivity, etc.)
Assist with repairing returned product & ensure all paperwork is in order
Review new product manuals & provide feedback to ensure information clarity
Assist preparing & reviewing technical training & product development
Requirements:
Technical degree in electrical or electro-mechanical science and/or 1 to 2 years of experience repairing, installing & supporting high + low-voltage installs is ideal
Previous customer technical support / troubleshooting experience (via phone)
Ability to effectively interact, make a decision and problem solve, our job is to solve the customer's problem, we do this all day long
Having a positive attitude and exceptional customer service are equally crucial as having experience. We often assist individuals who are frustrated with their inability to resolve issues independently, requiring a friendly and empathetic approach to help them.

Pay: $20-$24/hr
Location: The ability to work hybrid after training is available - ideally, 3 days a week onsite. A fully work from home set up will be reviewed once you've proven yourself in the role!
Schedule: 8AM-5PM, M-F
