Job Description Summary: | The University Archives is providing a 5-6 week community archiving internship to any Villanova University student interested in the field of preservation, archives, and community activism. The internship will introduce concepts of archival processing and post-curatorial stewardship. In addition, the intern will assist in the efforts of A4BLiP, Archives for Black Lives Matter in Philadelphia, with community processing opportunities. Archives For Black Lives in Philadelphia (A4BLiP)’s mission is to promote community archives by providing support and guidance to organizations who serves Black communities and their records.
