Overview
Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for creating memorable events? Join our team as a Catering Coordinator and bring your energy and enthusiasm to help us deliver exceptional experiences for our guests!
Summary:
Coordinate and execute all aspects of catering events, from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up
Work closely with clients to understand their event needs and provide personalized service throughout the planning process
Assist in menu planning, including customization and dietary accommodations
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of events, including banquet, culinary, and audiovisual teams
Manage event timelines, contracts, and logistics to ensure smooth operations
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
Assist in the preparation of event orders, setup sheets, and other necessary documentation
Contribute to the success of the sales and catering team by achieving or exceeding revenue goals

Qualifications
Previous experience in event planning or catering coordination
