POSITION SUMMARY:



Achieve your volume and marketing objectives through the efficient management of your accounts & by leading a team of new business representatives.



RESPONSIBILITIES:



The following responsibilities are general duties that a particular employee in this position may or may not be required to perform. The actual duties required of this position will vary.


  • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients.

  • Lead, coach & develop a team of new business representatives

  • Achieve new business goals through your team.

  • Develop alongside the DOR monthly & annual contract and promotional programming for the independent business segment.

  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.

  • Understand the market opportunities with a deep C&G channel expertise.

  • Manage annual commitments to contracted customers including pricing & programming.

  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.

  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.

  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams

  • Evaluates ROI prior to recommending POS or customized solutions.

  • Deliver pre-established targets.

  • Deliver annual budget for your accounts.

  • Develop and execute account specific programs.

  • Assist in development and delivery of annual business review at each of your accounts.

  • Increase authorization/distribution of all packages and products.

  • Follow-up all key account calls with a call summary.

  • Performs other duties as required.




EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION:



  • Bachelor's Degree in related field and 7 years Sales/Marketing Management experience; OR 10 years Sales/Marketing Management experience.

  • Must maintain a valid Driver's License.

  • Related training or certification.

  • Experience working in a team environment.




COMPENSATION RANGE:

Potential earning is from $110,800.00 to $136,00.00 annually
