Job Description:

What will you do?


  • Project manager specializing in E2E supply chain planning knowledge areas (SIOP / Demand Planning/ Downstream Planning/ Upstream Planning / Supply & Inventory / Replenishment)

  • Coordinates cross-functional work teams to increase effectiveness of supply chain initiatives.

  • Data analysis to assess supply/demand risks and coordinate action plans to mitigate said risks.

  • Supports CTO/ETO cluster plants in developing & implementing standard processes within supply chain planning.

  • Responsible for leading transformation projects within the Digital Energy planning organization.

  • Supports business execution of new programs and initiatives including product introductions and withdrawals.

  • Monitors and reports key sales and operations planning performance indicators and cost-to-serve performance data .


What qualifications will make you successful?

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related discipline required .

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in supply chain strategies or networks that address supply/demand gaps in support of business goals.

  • Communication and leadership skills.

  • Lean manufacturing experience a plus.
