General Summary: Under moderate supervision, helps support PSM & Refrigeration Team.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

1. Supports the PSM and Refrigeration Team.

2. Maintains the PM Expert system to help organize and upkeep critical documents.

3. Organizes and maintains all PSM and Refrigeration documents.

4. Maintains and helps bring PM Expert up to date.

5. Helps support PSM and Refrigerator team with data entry issues. 

6. Supports both the PSM and Refrigeration team in all documentations.

7. Helps with inventory control and supports team with safety documentation back-up to PSM Coordinator.

Job Specifications

1. High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.

2. PM Expert experience is required.

3. Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PM Expert.

Working Conditions

1. Office environment.

2. Occasionally life packages up to 35 pounds.

3. Production demands may require overtime and/or evening or weekend scheduling.
