JOB DESCRIPTION

Chubb is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead the Global Directory Services team and ensure the efficient and effective operation of our Microsoft Active Directory environment. Reporting to the Head of Global Security Operations, the Leader, Global Directory Services is a VP level role that will oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure and scalable directory services solutions, supporting our organization's technology infrastructure and user management needs. Successful candidates will possess expert knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory architecture and best practices, outstanding leadership abilities, and a strong track record in managing large-scale directory services operations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of directory services encompassing architecture, engineering, and operations, taking ownership of the Microsoft Active Directory environment and related technologies.
• Lead a team of directory services professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Design, implement, and maintain the organization's Microsoft Active Directory infrastructure, ensuring security, scalability, and reliability.
• Develop and enforce directory services standards, policies, and procedures, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including cybersecurity, infrastructure, and applications, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of directory services systems.
• Monitor directory services performance, capacity, and availability, implementing proactive measures to optimize performance and prevent downtime.
• Provide leadership in identity and access management strategies, aligning them with organizational goals and industry best practices.
• Evaluate emerging directory services technologies and industry trends, making recommendations for their adoption to enhance operational efficiency and security.
• Collaborate with vendors and strategic partners, negotiating contracts and managing relationships to ensure the delivery of high-quality directory services solutions.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external audits, participating in audits, and developing action plans to address identified areas of improvement.
